Retail Commercial Real Estate Broker Location:
Miami, FL Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct extensive market research to identify potential listing opportunities. Make a high volume of phone calls to property owners to establish relationships and generate leads.
Client Engagement & Negotiation:
Participate in client meetings and property showings to gain hands-on experience and develop negotiation skills. Collaborate with senior brokers to strategize on deal closures and marketing initiatives.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, property owners, brokers, and industry professionals. Develop and distribute marketing packages to potential tenants, buyers, or sellers.
Data Management & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and deal progress using our CRM system. Calculate return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and other financial metrics.
Market Insight & Networking:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients. Attend industry events and networking functions to expand your professional network and grow your knowledge base.
Administrative Duties:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience with multifamily or commercial property investments is a plus. Leasing experience in small shop leasing and tenant canvassing is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong work ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in Excel and CRM systems. Exceptional organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills. Strong mathematical abilities for financial calculations. Ability to perform under pressure in a time-sensitive environment. Proficient in scheduling and estimating.
