AppleOne is working with a great client who has a 3-6 month temp assignment with a great company. This is 100% working on site (no remote).

Griffin Road Office, Davie, Fl 33134 office Office hours: Mon-Fri 8 AM – 5 PM Pay will be based on experience level $22 to $25/ an hour 40 hours a week Working in the Real Estate Development Team as a Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager Job description: Assisting with Receiving and processing lease applications, verifying information, and notifying prospective residents of application results. Preparing, executing, and managing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Addressing resident concerns, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents. Maintaining accurate and organized records of leases, applications, and other relevant documents.
