Leasing Consultant 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 915 NW 1st Avenue, Miami, FL 33136 We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for a property in the Miami Area. Responsibilities Renting apartments, attending to prospects via phone, in person or via electronic mail, including resident activities and compliance requirements. Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining organization of the office, files, binders, etc. as needed. Answer all incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner, fill out welcome cards. Receive, maintain and organize all applications and resident files Process applications. Keep the resident referral updated. Turnover of units. Skills Proving working experience in customer service Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet Usage Customer-focused approach. Highly motivated, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Knowledge of Tax Credit, Market Rent and One site software preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Position offers competitive salary and benefits.
