You’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, delivering top-tier customer service, and promoting our brand. Your energy, professionalism, and sales skills will help make our property the preferred choice in the Miami market.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Maintain knowledge of available units and lease terms Process applications, prepare lease documents, and conduct move-ins/move-outs Assist with marketing strategies and community outreach Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and renewals Ensure the property’s appearance meets company standards Foster strong relationships with residents to encourage retention
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) 3+ years of leasing, sales, and customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
