Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a temporary Leasing Consultant for our luxury high-rise property, The Hamilton in Miami, where the average rent is $8,000/month. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), with experience in luxury leasing, hospitality, or high-end client services. This role involves direct interaction with discerning residents and prospective tenants, so strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills are essential. If the candidate proves to be an excellent fit, there is potential for this to evolve into a permanent role.

Qualifications:
Required:
Previous experience in luxury leasing, hospitality, or customer service
Preferred:
