Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts related to real estate development. Experience with construction, design or development contracts is preferred, but is not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and communication skills. In addition, candidates should be comfortable working directly with clients and must work well with others. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but is not required.
