What You Should Know:

This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no salary or hourly wage — your income is based entirely on performance. Outbound calls to potential customers via our calling and texting platform . We’ll provide the scripts, systems, and training you need to succeed. Once you prove yourself through performance and consistency , will begin covering your marketing expenses , giving you more tools to scale your success. Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

Acquisitions Agent (2 positions) Work directly with sellers to negotiate the purchase of investment properties Ideal for licensed agents or highly motivated individuals working toward licensure Strong phone skills and persistence required Full-time | 10 AM – 6 PM | Remote and in-office hybrid Dispositions Agent (1 position) Work with investors to sell our portfolio of investment properties Must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed Experience working with investors and structuring deals is preferred Strong negotiation and follow-up skills required Full-time | 10 AM – 6
