The Lease Drafting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our legal team with drafting and facilitating lease agreements for our real estate portfolio. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, review, and oversee the execution of lease contracts and supporting documents. Assist in managing and facilitating lease transactions, ensuring legal compliance and support for strategic objectives. Conduct due diligence and gather necessary documentation for lease transactions. Coordinate with legal counsel and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Track and monitor lease reports to resolve issues in a timely manner. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining files and records. Assist in negotiating lease agreements under the supervision of attorneys. Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Other projects as determined by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 2+ years of experience in real estate. Knowledge of real estate transactions and legal documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
