Temporary Appointment Coordinator 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 1943 Citrona Drive, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 We are currently seeking new applicants to work in our state-of-the-art office space for our clients operating nationwide. This is an entry level position with an opportunity for major growth! Paying up to $50,000/yr for qualified candidates including commissions and bonuses. This is a temporary position. If applicant works well, it will transition to permanent. This position requires no experience and paid training will be provided. Will work some weekends/evening shifts as needed. (Operating hours: 9AM – 8PM) Job Description Our Appointment Schedulers hold the following responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to customers & schedule appointments for those customers. Answer customer inquiries for automotive sales events. Handling digital messaging to potential customers for automotive sales events. Set appointments for customers of our clients for automotive sales events. Multi-tasking with daily responsibilities/tasks. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communications Excellent Phone Skills Ability to Type Efficiently Sales experience is a plus!
