Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood developments. Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials that highlight property features. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings using administrative tools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Build relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals for future business. Stay updated on industry trends, property management practices, and sales techniques. Requirements Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the real estate industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple listings and client needs effectively.
