WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Responsibilities:

Primary duties include phone prospecting and overall management of the pipeline through the sales cycle Accurately qualify prospects for potential acquisition opportunities Manage the cultivation of both inbound and outbound sales inquiries to convert opportunities into transactions Achieve productivity and revenue targets while responding efficiently to warm leads Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and create win-win relationships Perform analysis on property values using comparable sales, data, site walks, market trends, and research Negotiate contracts within prescribed terms and conditions Respond to all prospects in a timely manner to drive business forward Master scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections Regularly invest time in coaching, training as well as personal and professional development Bring new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves Performance Evaluation Pipeline

Qualifications:

Degree preferred, not required 2+ years real estate sales experience Real estate license not required Commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or investments experience preferred Understanding of real estate underwriting and valuation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
