This Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Position Features:

Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited collegeor university. Experience with real estate appraisal and/orcommercial construction is required. Must have four (4) years of experience as a Commercial Propertyappraiser. The professional designation of Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE)or advanced designation (CAE, MAI) or State Certified GeneralAppraiser license is required.

Each year of required education may be substituted by two (2)years of work experience. Each year of required experience may besubstituted by two (2) years of additional education.
