The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with potential tenants. This position requires a strong understanding of property management, customer relationship management, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations.

Duties:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and correspondence. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly. Uphold Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process. Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective tenants to encourage lease signings Work as a team member Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential tenants. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping. Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
