Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Community Director and Assistant Manager in coordinating all aspects of the leasing and marketing of the community Greet future residents and provide tours of their new apartment home. Apply product and area knowledge to future residents needs and communicate the features and benefits of the community to ensure they have all of the information needed to lease immediately. Effectively follow-up with prospects and residents daily to ensure we provide the upmost best customer service. Process new rental applications, collect all required documents and deliver to manager for approval in timely fashion. Assist in creating and implementing resident events to create the sense of community. Promote and be active on all social media platforms. Contribute to implementing effective marketing strategies to create awareness of the community and that will contribute to meeting property occupancy goals. Responsible for the leasing of apartments and deliver an impeccable closing ratio. Display proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents and/or future residents. Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community and market. Plan and execute weekly leasing promotions to increase community exposure and increase traffic. Walk all show units and tour path to confirm they are tour ready. Complete task assigned by Community Director. Working knowledge of Yardi/CRM and related software.
