8:30am to 5pm Paid Parking Eligibility to work hybrid after 6 months of employment A well-established law firm specializing in real estate transactions, commercial leasing, and property development law is seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage documentation for residential and commercial real estate transactions Conduct title and off-title searches, review title insurance policies, and liaise with title companies Draft and file legal documents including agreements, deeds, and closing statements Schedule and coordinate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met Maintain organized client files and manage document flow Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and municipal offices Support lawyers with administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a legal assistant in real estate law (preferred) Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and legal terminology Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software (e.g., LEAP, Clio, or Conveyancer) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment Apply Now for this great opportunity!
