The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, entering new orders, ordering title searches, lien searches, sending out escrow instructions, the timely mailing of closing docs, loan packages, checks, will be responsibile for recording documents, issuing final title policies and dealing with post closing issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Maintain organized files and manage office documentation efficiently. Support office management tasks including front desk duties and general administrative support. Utilize computer literacy to manage digital files and assist with data entry as needed. • Requirements Proven experience in customer service or office management roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software. Excellent proofreading abilities with attention to detail. High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Experience with file management and document organization.
