Responsibilities:

• Client Communication:

  Act as the primary contact for ourOrlando clients, providing timely and professional updates.

• Transaction Coordination:

  Manage all aspects of real estatetransactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines andcompliance requirements are met.

• Marketing Support:

  Assist with creating and distributingmarketing materials and managing social media accounts to maintainvisibility.

• Database Management:

  Keep our CRM systems up to date, organizecontacts, and track follow-ups.

Administrative Support:

Handle scheduling, calendar management,and other administrative tasks to keep the business runningsmoothly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate administration or transactioncoordination.
• Proficiency with CRM software and social media platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities to represent our brandprofessionally.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to solveproblems independently.
• Some availability on nights and weekends as required.
