You will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate activities are conducted in compliance with Florida law and DBPR regulations. The owner operates the marketing and business development side

Responsibilities Act as Broker of Record Supervise and oversee licensed real estate agents as needed Help as needed with transactions, business development (limited) Ensure all transactions comply with Florida law and DBPR regulations. Review contracts, listings, and offers for compliance. Serve as point of contact for DBPR audits, inquiries, and regulatory issues. Maintain active Florida Broker License in good standing. Help structure operation policies as needed.
