Responsibilities:

Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth Adhere to the team’s strategic plan for cohesive operation Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization Actively seek clarity by asking relevant questions Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates Skillfully close sales transactions with prospective buyers

Qualifications:
