Oversee The Daily Leasing Activities for a Designated Property Portfolio. Ensure All Leasing Operations Comply with Relevant Laws and Regulations, Including the Fair Housing Act , Americans with Disabilities Act , Fair Credit Reporting Act , And Others.

Marketing & Advertising :
Promote Available Units Across Various Channels to Attract Qualified Tenants.
Property Tours :
Coordinate And Conduct Property Showings for Prospective Renters.
Tenant Screening :
Review Rental Applications and Perform Background, Credit Checks, Rental Verification and Proof of Income Leasing Process :
Assist With Lease Preparations, Collect Security Deposits, And Ensure Compliance with Florida’s Landlord-Tenant Laws .
Customer Service :
Respond To Tenant Inquiries and Issues While Maintaining Positive Relationships.
Property Inspections :
Conduct Routine Inspections and Address Tenant’s Non-Compliance.
Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain Thorough and Accurate Records of All Leasing Activities.
