As a Leasing Consultant , you will be responsible for answering incoming inquiries, scheduling property tours and leasing apartment homes. Excellent communication, customer service, sale and marketing experience are all imperative and required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Close sales to meet property occupancy objectives Complete lease agreements and collects rental deposits Prepare and verify files to meet FPC Management and the applicable State guidelines and policies Ensure the apartments and target apartments are ready to show and that the tour path is acceptable Maintain work area and office in clean and orderly manner Primary focus is leasing activities and resident relations Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms and all community policies Greet new residents and manage the move-in process Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events, social media efforts and outreach and other marketing Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year previous leasing experience on a class A lease up required. Must be able to work a weekends Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public. Computer proficiency, including
MS Office:
Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENTCafe Platform a plus. Social Media experience is imperative. Come be a part of the best of the best and put your creative skills to work in a fun, upbeat team environment.
