Summary
Our client is one of the largest boutique law firms specializing in land use and zoning, is seeking a skilled associate attorney to join its growing Boca Raton office. This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of development projects, from due diligence through entitlement and approval, working closely with real estate professionals, municipalities, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be motivated by a blend of legal analysis, strategic thinking, and community-facing work.
Salary
$100,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to manage land use and real estate development matters. Analyze development codes and zoning regulations, provide legal opinions, and prepare applications including site plans, rezonings, conditional uses, and variances. Represent clients before municipal and county boards, planning commissions, and administrative forums.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant legal experience in land use or real estate law. Florida Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in). Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
