Leasing Agent Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven success in residential leasing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to start contributing from day one. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable conducting tours, engaging with prospective residents, and closing leases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight key features Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely, professional manner Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all documentation is complete Maintain accurate records using RealPage/OneSite (strongly preferred) Coordinate move-ins and move-outs Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, pricing, and availability Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of leasing experience in residential property management Strong closing skills and ability to work independently Experience with RealPage/OneSite software is a strong plus Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed

Full-time Salary:

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour Estimated hours: 40 per week
