We’re looking for someone who is: Licensed and ready to go
- You must have an active real estate license. Driven and eager to grow
- This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of real estate while gaining experience directly under a seasoned broker. Organized and detail-oriented
- You’ll help take control of transactions once a client signs, assisting with listings, paperwork, timelines, and showings. Reliable and responsible
- We need someone who can be counted on to follow through and take initiative. Creative and collaborative
- You’ll also support a handful of our 20 agents with tasks like posting sales updates on Facebook and other miscellaneous duties.
What You’ll Do:
Assist the broker with new listings, transaction coordination, and client communication. Coordinate and attend showings as needed. Manage timelines and paperwork post-signing to ensure smooth transactions. Help maintain and update listing info on MLS and marketing platforms. Create occasional social media content for our agents’ sales and milestones. Gain access to brokerage-generated leads you can choose to work.
