$55,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Overview:

As a Disposition Specialist, you will manage the sale of acquired properties, collaborate with our acquisitions team, and engage with buyers and investors to ensure a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and real estate investors. Negotiate favorable terms with potential buyers to ensure optimal returns. Develop and execute strategies to optimize returns on real estate investments. Conduct market research to set competitive pricing and selling strategies. Create innovative marketing materials to promote investment properties. Coordinate the closing process, collaborating closely with legal and administrative teams for efficient transactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, focusing on wholesaling or investment sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
