I’m a fast-moving real estate agent in Delray Beach looking for my right hand — someone who thrives on keeping all the plates spinning while I’m out there selling homes and growing the business. You’ll handle the client coordination, calendar control, and systems that make the magic happen behind the scenes. What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day): Scheduling showings + inspections Coordinating and replying to client questions (email, text, phone) Sending weekly seller report updates Marketing & Posting on social Pop-by gift setup and drop-offs Lockbox pickup / placement when needed Managing birthday + home anniversary cards (using our CRM and systems) Attending showings and inspection attendance if needed Assist with Neighborhood Tour filming and scheduling additional projects and tasks as the business needs Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables): DO NOT Apply if you like to sit around and do nothing.
