Job Description

Apartment Leasing Agent (Bilingual) 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 Integra is currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent to facilitate the leasing process and ensure resident satisfaction within an apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Leasing Process:

Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and assisting with lease agreements.

Customer Service:

Provide superior customer service to prospective residents, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the property and available units.

Lead Management:

Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to schedule property tours and convert leads into leases.

Lease Renewals:

Assist with lease renewals by communicating with current residents, presenting renewal options, and facilitating lease extensions.

Marketing:

Contribute to marketing efforts by creating listing advertisements, updating online listings, and promoting property features to attract prospective residents.

Resident Relations:

Foster positive relationships with current residents, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed to ensure resident satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applicant information, lease agreements, and resident communication.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to make informed leasing decisions.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining leasing office supplies.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies in all leasing activities.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish & English language. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in Apartment Leasing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting leasing goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. #IND123
