We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Apartment Leasing Professionals — both Bilingual (English/Spanish) and Non-Bilingual — who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with residents. Job Duties Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, from inquiries to move-in Accurately process lease agreements, renewals, and documentation Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Handle rent payments and deposits with accuracy Maintain organized leasing files and reports Provide excellent customer service to both current and future residents Qualifications Minimum 6-12 months of apartment leasing experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (not required for all positions) Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations Experience using Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills Ability to tour the property, including climbing stairs and walking outdoors Must be available to work weekends as needed Why Join ESS?
