What You’ll Do:

Sell exclusive, luxury boat club memberships to high-net-worth individuals. Build and nurture relationships with discerning clients seeking a premium, hassle-free boating lifestyle. Leverage your sales expertise to close deals and exceed revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience , with a focus on premium/luxury industries (e.g., concierge services, elite memberships, or high-end hospitality). Proven success in commission-driven sales environments. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with affluent clientele. Passion for delivering a first-class, concierge-style experience (not entry-level or mass-market sales). Location in South Florida or Tampa is a plus , as it aligns with our key markets Boating knowledge is a plus , to better connect with our clientele and understand our offerings.

Compensation:
