Executive Closer, Escrow Closer, Title Agent City Title, LLC Dunedin, FL 34698 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Closer with a current book of business clients and the ability to manage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the closing process of real estate, mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of underwriting, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of Softpro is a plus, but not mandatory. Work from home part time, Great opportunity for growth. (Must have a current book of Business clients) Responsibilities Oversee the closing process from initiation to completion. Review documents for accuracy and compliance with FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing regulations. Coordinate with various parties including lenders, borrowers, title companies, and escrow agents to ensure a smooth closing experience. Prepare closing disclosures and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and completed. Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process promptly and effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to closings. Skills Strong understanding of FNMA guidelines and TILA requirements. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and escrow processes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple closings simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
