Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants & Managers – Immediate Openings Essential Staffing Solutions Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 Experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals & Assistant Managers (Bilingual & Non-Bilingual) Essential Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Leasing Professionals and Assistant Community Managers . We’re looking for both Bilingual and Non-Bilingual candidates with a passion for customer service and apartment community operations.

Positions & Responsibilities:

Leasing Professionals Conduct tours and lease available units Handle applications, move-ins, and renewals Maintain accurate leasing records Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent service Utilize property management software (Yardi or Onesite) Assistant Community Managers Support daily operations and leasing efforts Assist with rent collection, resident relations, and reporting Help manage staff and ensure smooth office operations Maintain compliance and handle resident concerns

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of apartment leasing or management experience Experience with Yardi or Onesite Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred for leasing roles
