The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from contacting prospective tenants to showing units to periodic inspections of actively leased/ empty Units. As a successful Leasing Consultant, your goal is to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and maximize profitability for the complex.
