What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate closing process with your client files. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and closing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including traditional (retail/agent) files and investor transactions (double closings/assignments).
Reviewing title commitments, identifying and resolving title issues, and clearing title exceptions.
Preparing closing documents accurately and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure a seamless closing experience.
Disbursing funds and preparing final closing statements.
Maintaining organized and up-to-date closing files.
Staying current on industry regulations and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Title Closer.
Proven experience handling both traditional (retail/agent) real estate closings and investor transactions (double closings/assignments) and refi’s.
A thorough understanding of title examination, clearance, and settlement procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in relevant title and closing software. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 – $85,000.00
