Title Insurance Sales Professional Turner Title, Inc 222 2nd Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Title Insurance Sales and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong social media skills and comfort with using a CRM. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Engage with existing Turner Title Customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Introduce yourself to New Dalton Wade Real Estate Agents. Work to secure business from Agents that were on the other side of a Turner Title Transaction. Look for new business from Local Real Estate Agents. Support our Social Media Efforts Conduct Meet Ups with Local Real Estate Agents. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Experience Proven experience in Title Insurance or Real Estate Sales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze internal market data and identify trends that can drive sales growth. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
