Responsibilities:

Prepare CDs, Settlement Statements, and other settlement documents Support our closing and post-closing team with various tasks to produce title commitments and policies for our customers Act as signing agent/notary for real estate transactions and refinance mortgage loan signings Provide up to date communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions Prepare and review title documents and other settlement documents for closings Review all files before, during, and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claims

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent Florida real estate title closer/escrow officer experience Florida Title Agent License Florida notary appointment Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for task-related work Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and in a high volume environment
