• Hybrid work Established Title Company is looking for experienced title professionals, to join our team.

We are in need of dedicated individuals, who are able to demonstrate reliability, knowledge of their craft and excellence. We are looking to fill an open Escrow Officer/Closer position in our Florida location, but knowledge of NJ processing is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to create Closing Disclosures
• Clear title a loan conditions for closings
• A complete understanding of a title commitment/binder
• Post-closing and funding knowledge is a plus
• Experience working with attorneys, lenders and real estate agents
• Ability work on your own and within a team All experienced title professionals are asked to apply.
