Sarasota, FL 34236 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Appraiser Trainee to join our residential appraisal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone working toward state licensure who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. You will assist in conducting property inspections, market research, and report preparation under the direct supervision of a Certified Residential Appraiser.

Responsibilities:

Assist in inspecting residential properties throughout [Your Coverage Area] Research comparable sales and local market trends Collect and verify property data (MLS, public records, etc.) Help prepare appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP and lender guidelines Maintain organized files and support administrative tasks related to appraisal workflow

Requirements:

Active Florida Registered Trainee Appraiser license (or application in process) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Familiarity with MLS systems and basic real estate terminology a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using appraisal software (training provided)

Preferred:

Experience in real estate, construction, or appraisal support roles Knowledge of the local market (Charlotte, Sarasota, or nearby counties)
