We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real EstateAdministrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando. In this role,you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring seamlesscommunication with clients and efficient management oftransactions. Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:

    Act as the primary contact for ourOrlando clients, providing timely and professional updates.

  • Transaction Coordination:

    Manage all aspects of real estatetransactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines andcompliance requirements are met.

  • Marketing Support:

    Assist with creating and distributingmarketing materials and managing social media accounts to maintainvisibility.

  • Database Management:

    Keep our CRM systems up to date, organizecontacts, and track follow-ups.

Administrative Support:

Handle scheduling, calendar management,and other administrative tasks to keep the business runningsmoothly.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in real estate administration or transactioncoordination.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and social media platforms.
