Job Description:
We are looking for a licensed, motivated, and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our Longwood office. You will help buyers and sellers navigate the residential real estate process from start to finish, all while backed by our proven systems and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, and selling residential homes by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market research to determine property values and identify trends in the real estate market. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively, utilizing various platforms and tools. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transaction process. Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and title companies to facilitate smooth transactions. Skills Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (required). Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. A strong desire to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and CRM software Familiarity with the Orlando/Central Florida market is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
