The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our real estate business and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating maintenance requests, tenant communications, and vendor scheduling Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency Prepare leases, notices, and other related documentation Maintain organized records of tenant files, leases, inspections, and transactions Support property showings, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes Track rent payments and follow up on delinquencies Help prepare marketing materials for Agent listing appointment for available properties Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, and vendors as needed Assist in creating and processing documents with properties for sale and lease Perform general office tasks including email correspondence, phone calls, filing, and scheduling Skills Strong conflict management abilities to handle disputes effectively and maintain positive relationships. Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions and property details. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient property maintenance tracking. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in real estate or related fields. Familiarity with property management practices is advantageous.
