As our Director of Agent Recruiting, you’ll be the ultimatematchmaker between ambitious real estate professionals and theirdream brokerage (that’s us, by the way). This role combinesstrategic relationship building with direct outreach, includingcold calling, to attract both newly licensed and experienced agentsto our team. You’ll be the face of our “Escape the Ordinary” recruitingcampaign, articulating why agents who want more should choose us.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or businessdevelopment with demonstrated success in relationship-building andclosing
- Comfort and competence with cold calling and direct outreachtechniques
- Real estate industry experience or knowledge required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quantifiable goals inrecruitment or sales roles
- Exceptional communication skills that adapt to differentpersonalities and experience levels
- Self-motivation and drive with the ability to workindependently while contributing to team objectives
- Strong networking abilities with a talent for building andmaintaining professional relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation forcommunity outreach activities
