Our Real Estate, Business and Estate Planning Law firm has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Real Estate Processor/Closer… a team player who has excellent administrative and communication skills that wants to team up with our current Real Estate Processor/Closer to really get that department rolling. Our Founder and Managing Attorney is an entrepreneur who is passionate about building a Rock-Solid foundation for your family, business, home, and wealth. We need a hospitable Processor who is mature, caring and wants to ensure the client experience with our Firm is second to none. Our 2025 business goal is to “inundate the beaches” and the greater Jacksonville area. While we are focused on rapid growth, we are still small enough to care about every team member and client. We need someone who is interested in being with us as we grow and is willing to wear multiple hats until the workload supports hiring additional team members. Currently, we need someone with great communication skills, who embraces networking and can help us bring in new Real Estate clients. Ideally, you will have experience as a Closer or Processor in a Real Estate firm or Title company in Florida. The most important quality you can possess is a great attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it’s needed. Your basic responsibilities:
  • Competent production of processing and closing services including file reconciliation, processing, closing, post close, and overseeing the closing process;
  • Ensure the timely and professional completion of the work;
  • Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members;
  • Maintain an updated target list of prospective, qualified customers in CR and monitor progress in converting from prospective to current customers;
  • Monitor the case pipeline and act as necessary to move cases progressively forward and through the pipeline accordance with defined milestones;
  • Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan;
  • Recommend, design, deploy, and execute policies, procedures, processes, checklists, templates, forms, etc. to create systems that run the business efficiently and profitably;
  • Promote open communication between sales, title, escrow and customer service representatives to maintain mutually beneficial, productive internal relationships;
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks;
  • Represent Rock Solid Law & Title at NEFAR and other appropriate networking events.
These items are non-negotiable:
  • You must be available to work and be in the office Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
  • You must be willing to attend appropriate networking events ;
  • You must have strong administrative skills and be detail-oriented;
  • You must be comfortable working with various computer programs, databases, and systems;
  • You must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • You don’t think making coffee or getting our guests a beverage is beneath you;
  • You must be a positive, high-energy team player who is results-oriented – No Drama!;
  • You must care about something other than work and have goals in life.
