What You’ll Own:
Lead & Inspire – Manage a team of virtual closers to consistently hit KPIs and profit targets. Coach Daily – Run hands-on trainings, host weekly 1:1s, and develop reps who win. Call Review & Feedback – Break down live and recorded calls to drive real-time improvements. Close When It Counts – Step in on high-stakes deals and guide them to the finish line. Track the Metrics That Matter – Monitor rep performance, channel KPIs, and P&L. Create plans to reward excellence and correct course fast. Recruit & Build – Co-lead hiring and onboarding with our CEO, including Culture Index reviews. Refine the Machine – Continuously improve our sales playbook, Kajabi training, and closing strategy. What Winning Looks Like (KPOs): $1.3M in closed revenue (Jan 1 – June 30, 2025) 75% contract-to-close success rate Improve direct mail conversion from 1:26 to 1:18 Hit $77,700 in weekly projected profit Build a resilient, high-performance sales culture
