As your own boss, you will take initiative and learn the technology necessary to manage your business as a Real Estate Agent. You must be good with people, invest in your community, and managing a process from start to completion. Your client’s will depend on you. What are the job requirements? You will need to have or be willing to obtain a Florida real estate license. You must be 18 years old, and you must be willing to receive Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Real Estate Agent training. No experience is required.
