Job Description:

Conduct property tours for potential tenants and explain leasing options. Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Assist with marketing campaigns through online listings, social media, and outreach. Guide prospective tenants through rental applications and documentation. Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring understanding of terms. Address tenant concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of leases, communications, and maintenance issues. Manage lease renewals and notify tenants of policy updates or term changes. Perform property inspections to ensure upkeep of units and common areas. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair and service requests.

Position Requirements:

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong record-keeping and lease document management. Sales and marketing skills to convert inquiries into signed leases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
