Commercial Real Estate Agent Hersh Equity Group Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952 • Hybrid work Job Overview Hersh Equity Group is looking for a new addition to our leasing team—someone who’s personable, motivated, and excited to grow with a company (hopefully) headed to the moon! We are a small company growing very quickly in the small world of leasing industrial real estate. This role consists of connecting with leads over the phone, setting up property tours, meeting prospects, and helping potential tenants find the right space for their business. You’ll also be assessing if they’re a good fit for the properties that we directly manage and lease.
What We’re Looking For:
A current real estate license (or open to obtaining one). Previous experience is great, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach. Comfortable making calls and meeting people on-site. Reliable transportation. Must be comfortable driving around majority of South Florida. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base but not required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Assist potential tenants in leasing warehouse space by providing expert advice and guidance. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and negotiate terms for properly leasing the space. Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including paperwork and documentation. Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers on certain platforms.
