Role Overview As a Real Estate Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our leads engaged, supporting agents, and maintaining smooth communication with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation :

$38,000-43,000 salary plus bonus potential PTO, Paid Holidays (after 90-Day probationary period)

Key Responsibilities Lead Follow-Up :

Contact leads via phone, text, email, and CRM to nurture relationships and qualify prospects.

CRM Management :

Keep records accurate and organized, set follow-up tasks, and segment contacts.

Feedback Collection :

Gather showing and open house feedback to share insights with agents and sellers.

Scheduling :

Coordinate showings and manage agent calendars as needed.

Reporting :

Track activity and lead engagement; provide weekly updates on hot leads and trends.

Team Support :

Assist with administrative tasks and help wherever needed to keep the team moving forward.

Phones :

Answer the main phone line and route inquiries appropriately.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in real estate or a fast-paced sales environment is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Computer proficiency (Experience with spreadsheets and CRM/database organization is a plus) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness – must be thorough and LOVE checklists! Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, growth/learner mindset Service-based attitude with the ability to handle strong personalities Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will be willing to help out wherever needed to help the team succeed. A real estate license is a plus, but not required. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our processes.
