JOB SUMMARY

As an Odyssey agent, you’ll serve as a trusted real estate advisor, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and dedication to building their brand and business in a highly competitive industry. This role involves a high level of professionalism, customer and client interaction, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market research, analysis, and presentations. Master contracts, disclosures, and legal forms for compliance. Negotiate deals and provide expert advice. Collaborate with our broker and team to ensure smooth operations. Participate in hands-on training and ongoing coaching. Stay current with market trends and industry regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Florida Real Estate License (required). Full-time commitment to building your brand and presence. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset. Passion for helping others achieve their dreams. English required; bilingual agents encouraged to apply. The Odyssey Difference
