As an Qualifying Broker/Area Leader, you’ll foster success, develop innovative systems, and cultivate a culture of collaboration and growth. Your leadership will inspire agents to achieve more, learn more, and support one another in building a powerhouse growth environment. We have a proven recruitment process designed to grow the area to 100+ agents in the first 12 months, setting the foundation for long-term success. We need someone with a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and enthusiasm. What You’ll Do As an exceptional performer, you’ll excel in these areas:

• Help clients buy, sell, and lease homes, providing unparalleled service.
• Mentor and coach agents—new and seasoned—to elevate their careers.
• Develop and implement systems that drive growth success.
• Recruit, hire, and train new agents, leveraging our proven recruitment process to build a strong and capable growth environment.
• Foster a collaborative culture, sharing resources and support.
• Lead regular agent meetings to drive alignment and motivation.
• Oversee all aspects of transactions, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Be a trusted advisor to your clients, offering expert guidance and representation.
