Responsibilities:

• Intake of new leads/opportunities during “lead shifts”. Findpotential homebuyers and give them information on properties thatmeet their needs and fit within their budget. Work to secure aninitial meeting
• Use our state-of-the-art CRM tool that utilizes artificialintelligence to help you stay on top of prospects and follow up ina timely manner to increase the conversion ratio above industrystandards. Our agents work smart and convert at a much higher ratethan industry standards, allowing them to have a better work-lifebalance
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email,and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipelineand cultivate qualified leads
• Consult as an industry-leading professional to prospectivebuyers and guide their journey of property ownership
• Prepare market analysis reports and provide detailed analyticsto prospects
• Prepare purchase agreements, work with lenders to securefinancing for clients, negotiate property sales between buyer andseller, attend inspections, and attend closings with homebuyers fora seamless transaction and positive sales experience
• Continually attend sales meetings and training as we help yougrow and achieve the success you want and desire in 1/2 the time asany other brokerage
• Utilize our transaction coordinators to assist you in closingmore deals and protecting you from any liability, and theclients

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel bycar
• Candidate should have a high school diploma; a bachelor’sdegree is preferred
• Florida Real Estate License and in good standing with theDBPR
• Must currently reside in the Volusia County Market to beconsidered
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills,accompanied by an attitude of excellence
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a full-time capacity
• Must be tech-savvy and able to navigate various softwarepackages in order to maintain profitable client relations
